Hi Parents! Happy Saturday! If you haven’t been to FEZ yet, you should definitely check it out! It’s a huge center for children (first opened in 1979) located in the beautiful Wuhlheide Park.
FEZ is going to have a “Festival of Sustainability” September 12th and 13th Starting at 12:00: It will take place outdoors and tickets are limited to ensure social distancing.
Here is the info about the festival from their website:
MITWELT refers to the idea that we people are a part of the wider world. Admittedly a particularly gifted yet problematic part – but nonetheless a part of something much bigger.

The festival will include: Micro adventures in the forest, an exchange market for children’s toys, DIY workshops for old and young, great ideas for sustainable living at home and in our city, tasty veggie food, worms for you to touch (!), loads of place to play, easy recipes at one booth, “actions for happiness”, hammocks to relax in, puppet shows, family yoga, bazaar of good inventions, up-cycling handicrafts, fair trade, raft-building and boat rides, cooking parties, nutritional advice, Q&A with activists, clips and films… as well as cool music on the Water Stage and a family “distance” party until 8:00 pm on Saturday night. The Sunday highlight is a (German) spoken word performance from Jessy James LaFleur.

This event will take place outside. Tickets are limited. Which means plenty of space for social distancing!
