Hi Everyone! Wondering what to do with the kids over Easter break? Here are some fun activities your kids can do from the comfort of home:
The Brohan Museum is offering a really cool online workshop in German for kids 8-12 in conjunction with their current exhibition “Luigi Colani und der Jugendstil” where kids build a single-motor drawing machine and crate optical illusions while learning Scratch and the Open Source DrawBot. You can pick up the supplies or have them sent to you if you sign up in time. It runs from 10-14:00 for 4 days Tu-Fr /6.4-9.4/ online and costs 53€
Klax Kreativewerkstatt is also offering online Easter workshops including an animation workshop for ages 9-14 (20€ , Tuesday 6.4/ 10-12:00), or Electric Fashion for ages 9-14, (30€, Tuesday 6.4/ 13:00-15:00), Using Stamps with Clay for ages 16+ (22€, Wednesday 7.4, 16-18:00)and a tour of their exhibit of posters from the wirBERLIN contest about Clean Water. https://kreativwerkstatt.de/weitere-angebote/online-ferienworkshops
FEZ is offering a digital-but LIVE Easter Program in German, daily through April 5th, from 17-20:00. There are performances, bunny yoga, and crafts kids can do like origami, music instruments, and easter mobile, and more. There is even an Easter-Bunny-Space story in English. Kids can even write a letter to the Easter Bunny and he will answer the kids questions live and online. Tickets are just 3€ per day and it takes places using Webex.
