As of August 2025, Saturday Club has a new system of meetup subscriptions. It is no longer possible to pay for individual meetups. For all the details of the new system, you can see our Membership Fee Schedule in German (legally binding version) or the English translation.

How does it work? Choosing a Meetup Subscription in 5 Easy Steps

1. Attend a trial session. Just send us a note using our contact form to check whether there are available spots in a meetup and sign up or a free trial session. Please let us know the first name and birth year of your child and which meetup (name and time) you are interested in.
2. Sign up for a family membership. A family membership is 49€ per year, with a 5€ registration fee. When signing up, you can choose whether you want to have a single year membership or a renewing membership. (The registration fee is a one-time fee if you choose the renewing membership.) This membership allows you to sign up for meetup subscriptions for one or more family members.
3. Is your child a toddler? We have a special small subscription for children who attend the toddler meetup only (the Toddler or “Kleinkind” subscription). For all other children, we have the regular “Child” or “Kind” subscription.
4. Will your child be attending occasionally (less than half the time) or most/all of the time? We have “Light” subscriptions for children who only attend occasionally. “Regular” subscriptions, on the other hand, have the following additional features:
   • Your child is guaranteed a reserved spot in the meetup of your choice.
   • Your child can attend meetups which require consistent attendance (like the Pre-Teen Roleplaying groups).
   • Your child can attend multiple meetups per week!
5. Do you want to pay quarterly or annually? An annual subscription costs less in the long run, but if you cancel your subscription early, you will not get any money back. All subscriptions end automatically at the end of a club/school year (if you choose a renewing family membership, the basic membership will continue, but you’ll need to confirm at the beginning of the next club/school year what subscriptions you want).

That’s it! Repeat steps 3 – 5 for additional children.
