Hi Everyone!
Staying in Berlin and looking for something fun and creative for the kids during the week-long winter break?
Klax Kreativwerkstatt in Prenzlauer Berg has a great line up of workshops as always including making a calendar with printmaking, programming with Scratch, sculpting with clay, and 5 workshops in 5 days (trying different techniques.)
Hop over to the Jugend im Museum website to see the workshops on offer for kids at various museums and art institutions throughout the city. There is a fashion design class for teens at the Kunstgewerbemuseum (making jeans) and “Jurassic Art” in the Naturkundemuseum for ages 8-12.
The Malsalon in Prenzlauer Berg has painting workshops for ages 7-12. It is a full day program with acrylic painting and drawing comics, portraits, lettering, and anatomical studies indoors in the morning and painting landscapes, doing land art, street art and action paintings outdoors in the afternoon.
Hope you can grab a spot before they are booked up! Please let us know if you know of any other fun things for kids during the break.
Please note: we are not paid to advertise and cannot attest to the quality of the workshops listed.
