There’s plenty on for families at the Humboldt Forum in the Berliner Schloss. For example, today kids can design their own cards at 14:00 in the Weltstudio (Drop in, no appointment needed) or enjoy a picture book cinema of the “Fact-finding Fox and Lady Explorers”, also at 14:00 (for ages 3+) Tomorrow the Picture book cinema theme is “Role models for you and me”, with the book “The Little Hummingbird, Grandpa Apo and Uncle Flores.” And at 15:00, “Not just Elephants in the House,” for those with special pets. There is a guided tour for families called “After Nature,” (in English) Monday at 11:30. On Wednesday the 13th, kids can craft their own collapsable buildings, next Saturday the 16th they have a drop-in workshop about beasts, tricksters and shapeshifters, their storytelling events in the courtyard resume on the 17th with a story about a stone, “Bearing up the Sky,” and much more.
